Very nice shaped greens with lots of contours. Big in size but not so good in pin placements which made it a little difficult at times.
Fairways in decent condition considering how dry it has been this summer. Good yardage markers, but the score card didn't match the yardage signs located at the tee boxes.
Good shaped tees, even footage, nice and clean...
Excellent variation from hole to hole with lots of fairway bunkers, green bunkers, creeks, ditches and valleys. Nicely done.
$60+ golf and cart. Not too bad. Worth playing.
Keep it straight and you'll be okay, if not the bush will suck it in.
The scenery, for what they have to work with, I'd say they did a pretty good job. Flat land as you're driving up, but once you get going you quickly realize that this is quite hilly.
Typical staff. Don't go to socialize, go to play golf.
Saw the beverage often which was nice as it was pretty warm out.
Nice and big with a great view of the beautiful par 3 18th island green. Fun to watch.
Weather was nice, scorecards were standard with a view of each hole, good cart paths that made it easy to follow around from hole to hole.
Had fun, played some decent golf, won a few bucks on the par 3s, and overall enjoyed the day.

Greens in decent shape but not terribly fast.
Fairways trimmed quite short but decent for this time of the year.
An excellent layout with a good mixture of elevations. Holes 7 thru 12 provide an with excellent challenge and variety.
On weekends the price seems to be a little high but during the week you can't beat the price for the value.
The 18th is one of the nicest closing hole in the Ottawa area with a Par 3 island green. The fairways appear to narrow as you near the end of your round increasing the challenge.
Lots of trees. Brush beneath trees has been cleared to make finding your ball a little easier. If you hit it where you really shouldn't then your ball is likely a goner.
Even on a Sunday morning in September the beverage cart was making the rounds.
The clubhouse is a nice size and provides an excellent view of the 18th hole. The food is moderately priced but servings are large. Service was excellent.
About the only drawback of this course is the distance from the city of Ottawa.
One of my favorites. This one is a gem!
