Greens are elevated making a pitch and run very difficult. Good size and shape except for the par 3 #16 which is thin in depth and a tough green to stick.
Many greens are well protected with bunkers.
The 150 markers are visible but the plates for the 100 and 200 can sometimes be hard to find. Well maintained.
A few holes were being punched aerated the day we played.
Overall fairways are in excellent condition.
Some of the best conditioned tees I've played on this year. Even the par 3s were in remarkably good shape. My one suggestion would be to get some nice tee blocks.
Five sets of tees for all skill levels.
There was a unanimous consensus from our group to flip the front and back nines. The current holes #8 and #9 are far superior finishing holes to the existing and are the only two holes with noticeable water.
Most holes are straight away but mounds in mid fairway will produce some blind tee shots.
Course is designed through a neighborhood which is not necessarily a desirable trait.
    An easy walk.
Like all ClubLink courses I've played, a little higher priced to deter non-members.
An average challenge. Course can test any caliber of player.
I would consider holes #8 and #9 to be the two signature holes of the course and my personal favorites.
Some nice houses line the fairways but they are generally far back enough from the fairway to not attract stray balls.
    Course is well maintained.
    Polite and courteous staff.
Clubhouse overlooks holes #9 and #18. The elevated deck is ideal to watch these finishing holes.
Pro Shop is well organized and offers a good selection of golf gear.
Scorecard is the standard ClubLink design (not very exciting).
Directions between holes in nonexistent. Although Kanata Golf & Country Club is a private club I still can't imagine there would be such a lack of signage.
One of the 5 ClubLink courses in the Ottawa area.
A worthwhile play as the course is usually in excellent condition.
